The U.S. dollar exchange rate was relatively stable during morning transactions at major banks in Egypt on Sunday, state news agency MENA reported.

The dollar exchange rate recorded 17.69 Egyptian pounds for buying and 17.79 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt.

At the Commercial International Bank, the rate stood at 17.68 EGP for buying and 17.78 for selling.

At Banque Misr, the dollar recorded EGP 17.68 for buying and EGP 17.78 for selling.

The dollar also recorded EGP 17.67 for buying and EGP 17.77 for selling at Banque du Caire.
